505D Controller

Woodward-make 505D controllers are packaged in an industrial-hardened enclosure designed to be mounted within a system control panel located in a plant control room or next to the turbine. The 505D controller’s unique PID structure makes it ideal for applications where it is required to control steam plant parameters like turbine speed, turbine load, turbine inlet header pressure, exhaust header pressure or tie-line power.

505XT Controller

Woodward-make 505XT controllers are packaged in an industrial-hardened enclosure designed to be mounted within a system control panel located in a plant control room or next to the turbine. The controller’s front panel serves as both a programming station and an operator control panel. The 505XT controller senses turbine speed via passive or active speed probes and controls the steam turbine through one or two (split-range) actuators connected to the turbine inlet steam valves.

505DR Controller

Woodward-make 505DR dual-redundant steam turbine controllers are digital control platforms designed to reliably control and protect single-valve and single-extraction steam turbines with the advantage of dual redundancy for maximum turbine reliability and availability. The 505DR is a highly efficient redundant turbine controller. It includes the turbine control, system sequencer, operator control panel and first out indicator. This design minimises external devices and wiring, and eases troubleshooting.

Peak 200 Controller

Woodward-make Peak200 controllers are designed to operate small, single-valve or single-valve rack industrial steam turbines.

This cost-effective steam turbine controller includes specifically designed algorithms and logic to start, stop, control and protect small industrial steam turbines. The Peak200 controller’s unique PID structure makes it ideal for applications where it is required to control steam plant parameters like turbine speed, turbine load, turbine inlet header pressure, turbine exhaust header pressure, pump flow, or compressor discharge, or suction pressure.

Woodward-make MicroNet TMR (triple modular redundant) controllers are digital control platforms designed to reliably control and protect steam turbines and gas turbines. 

The MicroNet TMR can be applied as a component of protection and safety system.
